By downloading or using FitGrade, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

FitGrade is a fitness coaching platform intended for personal trainers, coaches, and athletes. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

AI-Generated Content

FitGrade uses AI to generate training plans. These plans are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. FitGrade is not liable for any injury resulting from following AI-generated plans.

Subscriptions & Billing

FitGrade offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use FitGrade to harass, abuse, or harm others
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• You may not use FitGrade for any illegal purpose
• You may not share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FitGrade is owned by FitGrade and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FitGrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitGrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FitGrade after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
